Fixed : iTunes could not connect to the iPhone because the device timed out

When iPhone users try to connect their device to iTunes they getting “iPhone not connected to iTunes because device timed out”.This error occurs because of the poor network connectivity or antivirus app blocking the connection.

Fix 1: Reset network settings

  • Navigate to Settings -> General -> Reset -> Reset Network Settings
  • Then restart your iPhone. Press and hold the sleep button and Home button together until Apple logo appears. Finally try to connect your iPhone to iTunes.

Fix 2: Delete “lockdown” folder on Mac/Windows

Resetting lockdown folder sometimes fix this backup issue.. Navigate to the search and find the “lockdown” folder and delete it.

Fix 3: Update iTunes app

On your iTunes , click “help” and  choose “check for updates”. Sometimes this issue happened because of the older version of iTunes.

Fix 4:  Temporarily disable or uninstall Antivirus program

  5. Tick the check box ““Include inheritable permissions from this object’s parent”.

Solution No 2: Move email to different inbox

Move all mails from inbox to different folder or temporary folder (create the temporary folder on server)

Solution No 3: Change the  Account password

Change the Yahoo account or Microsoft Exchange email account password and check the problem.

Solution No 4: Reenter Password

This problem happened on your iPad  or iPad after you changed your mail password in computer or laptop.

On your iPhone or iPad, Navigate to  to Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendar  > Account  >Password.

Select the Password and enter  new password. Your iOS device might prompt you to sign into make this change. After  log in to mail account, it update email password and refresh mails.

Listen: Try 2 or 3 times if it does not bring the prompt,.

Other fixes:-

  • Enable and disable Airplane mode in your Apple device settings.
  • Delete the account and create it as a new account.
  • Reset Network Settings (Settings > General > Reset – Reset Network Settings)
  • Disable iCloud. Navigate back to mail acount and reset password.
  • Change the “Mail Days to Sync” field to “No Limit”.



Solution : iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus Stuck In Zoom Mode

Fix 1: Double tab iPhone screen with 3 fingers

You might enabled the setting for zooms  when you tap with three fingers. Just double tab your device screen with three fingers

Fix 2; Turn off Zoom
